RETURN & REFUND POLICY We want you to love your Kirlyn products. If you're not fully satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Eligibility - The item must be unused and in its original packaging. - Please have your order number ready when you contact us. How to start a return - Email us at support@kirlyn.com with your order number and the reason for your return. - We'll confirm your return and send you instructions. Return shipping - If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we cover the return shipping cost. - For all other reasons (changed your mind, wrong size chosen), return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds - Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. - Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
